Anjaraipetti offers weekly and monthly meal subscription plans with home delivery based on user preferences and ZIP code availability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
You are liable for activities under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Orders

Users may choose weekly or monthly plans.
Orders and preferences must be confirmed 24 hours before delivery.
Failure to update preferences before cutoff will result in default menu delivery.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. We do not store card details.

7. Cancellations, Pauses, and Refunds

You may pause or cancel anytime via the app.
No refunds for meals already prepared or dispatched.
Refunds only for billing errors or service failures.

8. Delivery Terms

Delivery is limited to supported ZIP codes.
Users must provide accurate delivery details.
If unavailable, meals will be left as per instructions.

9. Food Safety and Allergies Disclaimer

Meals are prepared in certified kitchens. Users must review ingredients and nutrition details. Anjarai Petti LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt fraud, or disrupt services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials belong to Anjarai Petti LLC and are protected by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Anjarai Petti LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anjarai Petti LLC from claims arising from misuse of services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
